29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and word, pictures and/or symbols which provide the general information regarding the hazards of the chemical: a)At the facility, Union Avenue & DuBois Street Liquid Room: A 900-gallon vertical bulk storage tank, containing Rustex, was incorrectly labeled with another finished product, Tru Sour. The employer did not ensure that the vertical bulk storage tank containing Rustex, was appropriately labeled, tagged or marked with the correct product identifier and word, on or about 5/6/21.
