29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a) On or about April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that fuses attached to the EMI filter and used in the burn in test had strain relief. b) On or about April 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the black cord wired into the receptacle at the side of the Blue M oven had strain relief.
