29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, 2009 Edition, December 2009 (including Revision 1 dated May 2012 and Revision 2 dated May 2012) - see 1926.6 - Section 6G.03: a) Work zone at Warrington Road Between Route 24 & Old Landing Road, in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, on both sides of the road as well as flagging at the three way (road closed) intersection: On or about 4/2/2021, Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they accessed or egressed the site and parked equipment and vehicles within the work zone to perform site preparation work for widening/ future paving when the work space was within the traveled way, for over 1 hour and temporary traffic control devices did not indicate how vehicular traffic could have moved through the project by providing a general message that work is taking place and supplying information about highway conditions according to Section 6G.03.
