29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment. a - On or about June 9, 2021, at Plant 4, at the Line 2 Pac Mac machine, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards as they were using compressed air for cleaning purposes that was greater than 60 psi and were not wearing eye protection. b - On or about April 23, 2021, at Plant 4, at the Line 1 area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards as they used high-pressure water hoses to clean the floors and were not wearing eye protection.
