29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: a) At plant 1, on or about March 9, 2021, the employer did not require drivers to sound the horn in areas where vision was obstructed, such as entering and exiting the plant and when passing by boat hull modes, thereby exposing employees to struck-by and caught between hazards.
