29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i):When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: a. McKay Hardwoods, LLC - Loudonville, Ohio: On or about March 3, 2021, the employer did not notify an outside contractor of lockout procedures for the resaw machine/conveyor prior to the contractor performing cleaning operations. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
