29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a. 24-36 Fadem Rd., Springfield, NJ - Production Area The employer did not ensure that the exposed portion of the blade of a table saw was guarded. An employee engaged in the manufacture of windows, was operating a Rockwell Manufacturing Company, 12-14 inch Tilting Arbor Saw, and received injuries causing amputation of three fingers on his left hand from the unguarded blade of the table saw. Violation occurred on or about January 22, 2021
