29 CFR 1910.303(e): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment giving voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary: On or about 01/14/2021, labeling to identify the voltage, current, wattage, and other required ratings was not marked on the electrical multi-load panel boxes and/or equipment used at the facility. Continuously accessing the panel boxes may allow dirt and debris to contact the internal wiring of the unit, resulting in possibility of arcing. Employees tasked with servicing/maintaining the electrical panel for equipment such as, but not limited to, UV Line 1, Lockout Point EL-029 located in the UV Production Line were potentially exposed to electrical hazards
