29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) 25876 Dupont Road Seaford, DE- On or about January 12, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that the blade was guarded , exposing employees to amputation hazards. An employee engaged in cleaning around and beneath the Hopper/box sustained a finger amputation after coming into contact with the blade during operation.
