29 CFR 1910.219(i)(1):Collars. All revolving collars, including split collars, shall be cylindrical, and screws or bolts used in collars shall not project beyond the largest periphery of the collar. a. On or about January 5, 2021, located at Strapping Line #1, there was a rotating protruding tee-handled bolt on the collar of the center shaft of the recoiler, thereby exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
