29 CFR 1926.454(a)(2): Employees have not received training in the correct procedures for dealing with electrical hazards and for erecting, maintaining, disassembling the fall protection systems and falling object protection systems being used: a) Construction site, 207 20th Street South, Brigantine: Employees were not trained to recognize the hazards associated with electricity when utilizing scaffolding and the procedures needed to be followed, on or about 12/05/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
