29 CFR 1926.704(e):No employee shall be permitted under precast concrete members being lifted or tilted into position except those employees required for the erection of those members. On or about October 5, 2020, at 990 Town and Country Blvd in Houston, TX, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when working underneath unattached precast concrete staircases that was being lifted.
