29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: 8000 Hall Street, St. Louis, MO 63147: Employer is exposing employees to amputation hazards. Employees operated a RIDGID pedestal drill press without a guard to prevent operators of the drill press from having contact with the rotating edges of the chuck and the drill bit.
