29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): The following items were not be inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections: a) Main Work Floor: On or about September 10, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards by overhead gantry cranes in the facility. Cranes had not been periodically (one to twelve month intervals) inspected. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
