29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listed or labeling: Employees were exposed to shock hazards at the Grainfield, KS location. In the engineering room, electrical equipment was installed in an unsafe manner, exposing employees to an electrical shock and fire hazards in that two 110VAC electrical outlets were not secured to the wall, additionally, electric wires on the same circuit were not installed within conduit, exposing wires to damage.
