29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical exposure hazards associated with carbon dioxide and chlorine dioxide in the fabrication area. This was most recently documented on June 9, 2020 at the worksite located at 1921 West US Highway 50, Lone Jack, Missouri. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards associated with the exposure of chlorine dioxide and carbon dioxide. The employer did not identify and evaluate respiratory hazards to include a reasonable estimate of employee exposure to these respiratory hazards.
