29 CFR 1910.146(g)(1): The employer did not provide training so that all employees, whose work was regulated by 29 CFR 1910.146, acquired the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of the duties assigned under 29 CFR 1910.146: A) Morral Companies, LLC, located at 132 Postle Avenue, Morral, OH 43337: On or about April 16 and April 17, 2020, the employer did not provide adequate permit space training to employees who were required to perform work in the Lawn Mixer located in the Liquid Department. Employees conducting cleaning/unjamming and maintenance work inside the mixer were exposed to thermal, atmospheric, engulfment, and mechanical hazards.
