29 CFR 1926.651(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that emergency rescue equipment, such as breathing apparatus, a safety harness and line, or a basket stretcher, was readily available where hazardous atmospheric conditions exist or may reasonably be expected to develop during work in an excavation. On or April 13, 2020, and times prior to, the employer did not have any emergency rescue equipment available when an excavation collapsed, exposing employees to struck by and engulfment hazards
