29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(iii)(B): The employer did not ensure that assigned fire watchers had fire extinguisher equipment readily available and were trained in its use: a. 60 Deans Rhode Hall Rd., Monmouth Junction, NJ The employer did not provide training for the use of fire extinguishers. Maintenance employees engaged in welding on commercial vehicles used oxygen/acetylene cutting torches and other welding equipment who acted as the fire watch during torching activities were not provided training in the use of fire extinguishers. Violation occurred on or about March 12, 2020
