29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed At buildings 1, 3 and 8 of an existing apartment complex located at 315 Abercon Circle, Boynton Beach, FL, 33436: On or about February 12, 2020 and at times prior, an employee was using an "A" frame ladder in the close position and placed vertically against a concrete wall, thereby exposing workers to a fall of approximately 8 feet to ground level.
