29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special handtools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about 2/6/2020, at east side mill of Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida, 1500 George Wedgworth Way, Belle Glade, FL 33430, an employee was not provided with a tool for performing replacement of knives for a tandem hammer, which exposed employee to a caught-in between hazard.
