29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area. On or about February 5, 2020, employees were exposed to eye, skin, respiratory irritants, and explosion and/or fire hazards while being required to handling and transfer hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, TBS-C15A and the employer did not ensure employees were provided effective information training on the hazards to which they were exposed. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
