29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: At a jobsite located at 5218 Northeast 91st terrace, Kansas City, Missouri 64119, an employee was exposed to a serious fall hazard. A JCB 506B Loadall all-terrain forklift was being used to support a scaffold platform when it was not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.
