29 CFR 1910.184(i)(1): Synthetic web sling(s) were not marked or coded to show rated capacities for each type of hitch and type of synthetic web material: The employer is failing to protect employees from caught-under and struck-by hazards associated with using slings to lift and suspend loads. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on January 28, 2020 at the facility located at 4608 S. 25th St, Norfolk, NE, 68701. The employer has employees lifting loads with nylon slings which are not labeled with legible identification.
