29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used: a) Worksite, 57 Glenmore Ave, Montauk NY, West Side of Building - Employees were accessing a 4-tier fabricated frame scaffold approximately 20-feet above the ground by climbing on the end frames and cross bracing; on or about 01/24/2020. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification of documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
