29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about January 21, 2020, in the assembly area by the band saw, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while using a retractable flexible cord that had the outer sheathing pulled back from the plug and was not provided strain relief.
