29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a) On or about January 13, 2020, at the machine shop, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard when operating machines such as the Bridgeport J head milling machine (S/N: J-121067), Roll-In band saw EF1459 and SHARP 2050 Heavy Duty Metal Lathe (Model-1250), without a point of operation guard.
