29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 1/13/2020, in the production area at 2555 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, GA: Employees performing servicing and maintenance activities on the pallet line, conveyors, double head saw, KM-16 chop saw, band saw, powered industrial trucks and other equipment were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards, in that the employer failed to conduct periodic inspection at least annually.
