29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a. 2351 US Highway 130 - Warehouse The employer did not ensure that wheel blocks were in place to prevent movement of trailers and/or trucks and trailers. Employees engaged in warehousing activities operated powered industrial trucks inside trailers at the loading docks when trailers were not properly chocked to prevent movement.
