29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Class I flammable liquid(s) were dispensed into containers without electrically interconnecting the nozzle and the container: On or about 11/7/2019, at Assura Windows and Doors LLC, 1543 N Powerline Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Line #3 - An employee was potentially exposed to a fire hazard while a flammable liquid (i.e. Acryl-R) was transferred between two metal containers without bonding and grounding.
