29 CFR 1910.184(d): Each day before being used, the sling and all fastenings and attachments were not being inspected for damage or defects by a competent person designated by the employer: a) 16941 Sussex Highway Bridgeville, DE - On or about October 9, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that the synthetic web slings, which displayed signs of damage including to the body of the sling, were inspected by a competent person and removed from service.
