29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: a) On or about September 11, 2019, at the northeast side of the construction site, employees were installing masonry bricks from a scaffold approximately 15-feet above the ground without installing toeboards along the edges of the platform to prevent objects from falling on workers on the lower level while performing masonry work.
