29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) On or about September 10, 2019, at the south side of the commercial building, the west end side of the fifth, sixth and seventh levels of the supported scaffold used by employees to plaster stucco on the wall had no guardrail system installed, exposing the employees to a 32 foot, 38.4 foot and 44.8 foot fall hazard respectively.
