29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each employee could demonstrate knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of the respirator: On, or about, September 10, 2019, at 4899 Commerce Parkway, Cleveland, OH 44128, in the welding department, an employee permitted to wear a 3M, 2096, P100 cartridge, elastomeric respirator while using methylene chloride, was not familiar with the limitations of the respirator. Methylene chloride requires the use of a chemical cartridge respirator or supplied air respirator.
