29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive side rails: a) Two Story Single Family Frame Home (Exterior Front): An employee engaged in roofing work was working within three feet from energized power lines while working from a Werner aluminum extension ladder that lacked nonconductive side rails. The employer did not ensure that rails of a ladder used near energized power lines were nonconductive, thus exposing employees to an electrocution hazard, on or about 9/5/19.
