In the dryer row, on or about 8/28/2019: An employee was cleaning lint from a Braun 500PT-NFG industrial dryer. Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device. The employee suffered fatal injuries when the upper portion of the dryer descended on him.
