29 CFR 1915.71(h)(1): Scaffolds of a type for which specifications are not contained in this section did not meet the general requirements of paragraphs (b), (i), and (j) of this section, were not in accordance with recognized principles of design and were not constructed in accordance with accepted standards covering such equipment: a) On or about August 15, 2019 aboard the M/V Tom Frasier employees were installing fire protection system from an elevated walk board while exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet and the employer did not ensure the scaffold was in accordance with 1915.71(j)(1).
