29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a. On or about August 15, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working on the third floor, were exposed to ends of rebar that were not guarded on the ground level, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with impalement.
