29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: (a) On or about August 12, 2019 - Production area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when employees were not verifying braking/plugging/battery power disconnect (emergency stop) before being placed in service because employees did not understand the difference in the braking systems and how to check them.
