29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed: At 8502 Mid County Industrial Drive, St. Louis, Missouri, specifically inside of the Liquid Line Department, a periodic inspection for the specific lockout/tagout procedure for the Liquid Line #2 Machine was not performed. This procedure did not address the magnitude of the electrical and pneumatic energy sources. It also failed to identify what type of lockout device was necessary for the pneumatic energy control device or how to "bleed" the air line of all residual energy. This violation was noted on 08/02/19.
