29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section. On or about July 20, 2019, and times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure the annual inspections were completed on the two Global 3-Ton overhead cranes located in the Battery Changing Department, exposing employees to dropping load or struck by hazards.
