29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Cylinders were not stored in areas to ensure that the cylinders would not be knocked over: Employees were exposed to fire and struck-by hazards. Two compressed gas cylinders were stored in undesignated areas without supporting straps or any other means of securing the cylinders from being knocked over. One acetylene cylinder was located inside the maintenance shop and a propane cylinder was located outside the maintenance shop dock entrance. Employees working in and around these areas were exposed to fire and struck-by hazards.
