29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer did not develop piping and instrument diagrams for the equipment that was part of the process: On or about July 23, 2019, and times prior thereto, the employer failed to develop piping and instrument diagrams for the equipment that was part of the process. The employer processes over 10,000 lbs of an unscented flammable propane mixture for the production operation. The Employee(s) were exposed to the hazards associated with propane and butane such as burns, explosion and asphyxiation.
