29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: 7605 St. Charles Rock Road, Pump Shed: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions involving exposed energized wiring. Employees are permitted to work where electrical hazards exist. On 09/12/20019 an employee was exposed to electrical hazards where there were exposed energized electrical parts. A junction box and duplex receptacle outlet with exposed parts such as, but not limited to, energized strands were not prevented from accidental contact by the use of covers.
