29 CFR 1926.960(b)(2): Electric lines and equipment were not considered or treated as energized when they had not been de-energized in accordance with 1926.961. At a worksite located at 6760 West Farm Road 68, Willard, Missouri 65781, employees were exposed to serious electrical shock and burn hazards. Employees who were working from a utility bucket truck were exposed to live electrical parts which were not treated as energized. Employees were exposed to 7.62kV of electrical current.
