29 CFR 1910.266(d)(8)(i): Logging operations near overhead electric lines were not done in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3), in that the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measure provided before work was started: Worksite - The Employer set up a temporary landing area near 345,000 volt overhead lines and did not protect employees from the exposure to electrical hazards.
