29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings shall be effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. On or about June 19, 2019 at 6555 McDonough Drive, Norcross, Ga. employees accessing the breaker inside the electrical panel to access the lights for the shop were exposed to an electrical shop hazard when unused openings were not effectively closed.
