29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Recycle Inc. East dba Mauser Packaging Solutions/South Plainfield, NJ - Throughout the facility: The employer did not provide comprehensive training on the hazardous chemicals used in the reconditioning facility of drums and totes. Employees are exposed to dust and toxic vapors. Employees used products containing chemicals such as, but not limited to: xylene, acetone, and toluene. Condition noted on or about June 13, 2019.
