29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: The employer is failing to protect employees from injuries when performing well and pump maintenance operations. This was most recently documented, on or about 6/12/2019, at the jobsite located at Rd N 80 (39.466304, -100.575538) Selden KS 67757. The employer did not ensure employees were trained to render first aid when working in remote locations. The nearest hospital was approximately 22 minutes away ( 14.4 miles). The employees do not have first aid or CPR training.
