29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that could adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: At 5300 Hall Street, St. Louis, Missouri, specifically inside of the Drum Building, the outer box to the electrical on/off switch belonging to the Cattle Feed Roller was badly crushed partially exposing live parts. This violation was noted on 06/11/19.
